Our BE Girls teams (U12 & U14) launched their competitive season this weekend and housed local basketball club FAME Academy at the Swiss International School!
All four teams played well with everyone enjoying a well balanced and competitive experience!
This is the first instalment of our Term 1 regular games schedule alongside our local community partners during the new Season 4.
Next on the agenda are our friends at Evolution Basketball where BE Elite Girls squads led by Coach Julia will play next weekend at the American School of Doha!
BE BASKETBALL's girls program is growing every term with two learning tiers; Development and Elite Development.
With over 80 girls taking part each week at ASD, the Swiss School and the Qatar-Finland School there are plenty of opportunities for young girls to learn the basic fundamental skills of the game, begin playing basketball and compete regularly across Doha.
BE BASKETBALL will also soon be delivering the first ever Girls U14s Basketball League at the Swiss International School - watch this space!
