The U14 BE Soccer Girls team emerged as the big winner of the Rangers Soccer Academy Spring Girls Football tournament held in Abu Dhabi.
The trip to Abu Dhabi was a remarkable achievement for the BE Soccer U14 Girls team after the outstanding win against Manchester City in the finals of the Rangers Academy Spring Girls Football Tournament held in Abu Dhabi.
The annual tournament is organized by the Glasgow Rangers Academy and the Soccer Academy Abu Dhabi, where teams from all over the regions are invited. BE Soccer team competed with several other clubs across the United Arab Emirates. Affiliated with the Rangers Football Club, a professional football club in Glasgow, Scotland, the Rangers Abu Dhabi have hosted the Spring Girls Football tournament for several years which has grown to be one of the most prestigious soccer tournaments in the region – and will continue to be bigger. “Being one of the champions of this popular and significant tournament is something that we will always be proud of and will stay in our memories for a long time, for the team and individually as well”, said Coach Andreas, BE Soccer head coach.
The Abu Dhabi experience began with briefings, treats from the host, trainings and the competitions - wins over other teams from Abu Dhabi Rangers, ADCC Soccer Academy, to GEMS American Abu Dhabi that led the BE Soccer U14 Girls team to the finals and winning against Manchester City.
“Our resilient team of strong, courageous and extremely skilled players displayed an impressive level of passion for the game. The extraordinary teamwork demonstrated the camaraderie among the players and the team is as tight as a knot. We are now preparing for even more tournaments to come in Season 4 whether local or international! Watch this space, the champions are coming!”, Coach Andreas, continued.
